Geo’s drama serial Aye Musht e Khaak is always making headlines after its every episode is on aired. Each time, atleast one of the clip from the episode goes viral.
Feroze Khan and Sana Javed are playing the lead role whereas Iffat Omar plays the role of Feroze Khan’s mother.
Iffat Omar recently appeared in an interview with BBC Urdu where she talked about the script of this drama and her viewpoint on it.
While talking about the drama, she said:
I’m totally against the violence shown in Aye Musht e Khaak. These things shouldn’t be shown. If you want to show it, you should give a warning that this is wrong.
Moreover, she continued:
I’m part of the project but I’m still against it. I’m not in favor of showing violence and I’m ashamed of it.
Talking about the script, she uttered:
This drama is apparently production house’s one of the special project which was offered to me. To be honest, when I read the script, I hated it. Because, the language used in this drama is not something we use it in our daily lives.
While talking about the reason Iffat accepted this drama, she responded that she was working those days and she needed to choose something so she did it. Although she didn’t like the script but her likes and dislikes can’t work because the drama got hit onscreen.
