The Lahore High Court has once again rejected the plea by the singer Meesha Shafi against musician Ali Zafar over harassment allegations.

Ali Zafar took it to twitter and expressed,

“Ms. Shafi’s case dismissed by the Lahore High Court. This is the 3rd dismissal. Fake allegations by opportunists can destroy lives & undermine genuine victims. We fought to set a precedent. All evidence submitted will be public soon. Thank you for your love and support.”

This was the third time that the case of Meesha Shafi against Ali Zafar has been rejected by the Lahore High Court.

Previously, the singer Meesha Shafi had filed an Rs2 billion denigration suit against artist Ali Zafar in Lahore sessions court for making fake accusations against her.

Meesha moreover demanded the court to proclaim Ali Zafar’s statements as false and slanderous.

The suit stated:

“It is prayed that the defendant (Zafar) be permanently restrained from making any further defamatory statement against the plaintiff (Shafi).”

Here’s what people have to say on Ali Zafar’s victory:
