Superstar starring Mahira Khan and Bilal Ashraf as the leading roles are one of the most awaited films of this year. Penned down by Azaan Sami Khan, the son of Adnan Sami Khan and directed by Ehteshamuddin, the movie will release this Eid ul Azha. Ehteshamuddin recently directed Aangan, a drama serial on HUM TV starring Sajal Aly, Ahad Raza Mir, Mawra Hocane and Ahsan Khan.
The duo of Mahira Khan and Bilal Ashraf is exceptionally talented and attractive. We saw Mahira Khan in the past two films Verna and Saat Din Mohabbat where she appeared in totally two different characters.
Whereas, we also saw Bilal Ashraf in the movie Rangreza and Yalghaar too. Mahira’s last debut Raees with Shah Rukh Khan was a superhit however, Bilal Ashraf’s debut Janaan was also loved by the audience.

Now, both of them are coming together with magical love chemistry on our screens in the Hum Films’ Superstar. It seems that this film highlights their best qualities like filminess along with their insanely good looks.
The trailer shows that Sameer (Bilal Ashraf) is a superstar and Noori (Mahira Khan) is a struggling actress. The destiny twirls their anecdotes and the story seems to be a mix of every element. However, we think that Mustafa Afridi’s dialogs will twist the film into a super Pakistani story which will be relatable for all of us.
The music of this film is also full of romance and feelings. Also, Atif Aslam has sung the main track of the film which will definitely be the best one of this season.
